About the artist: Born in California, Nancy has spent most of her artistic life living in Kansas where the peace of the countryside provides inspiration and tranquility for most of her work. Having lived in South Africa for several years during Apartheid, she has developed an interest in the works and aspirations of various faces for civil and political rights movements. Using different mediums from watercolor and ink to scrap elements such as paper, feathers and buttons, Nancy strives to portray the value every soul has potential of showing our world. Also, she has the cutest grandson imaginable. Peace, love & art to all.
