This painting is made for the independence of Catalunya. The newspapers on the background show the violence by the Spanish police at the referendum of 1 October 2018, the injustice, the imprisonment of the pacifistic Catalonian leaders of the independence movement and Catalonian counselors. All profit made on products with this print will go to the Caixa de Solidaritat, that supports the political prisoners and Catalans in exile and their families, and helps to finance judicial processes.

Els diaris del fons mostren la violència de la policia espanyola al referèndum de l'1 d'octubre de 2018, la injustícia, l'empresonament dels líders pacifistes de la independència i els consellers de Catalunya. Painter in Barcelona. One of the many good things that my mother did when i was still a toddler, was putting up a large blackboard in the living room, and giving me chalk to draw with. Drawing was basically how i spent my days, ever since. People who pass by the art markets that i attend ask: when did you start. Well, i never stopped. Sure, life gave me other items to chew on as well, growing a kid as a single mother, adventures in many countries, work as a coach, and as a writer of a book that advices parents about dealing with their teenagers ('Hoezo Lastige Puber,' sold out), but the canvas always waited around the corner. Since a few years i live from my art, enjoying sun and free spirit in Barcelona, Spain.
